             2009  License Application
             This is a four part form.
             Please read the instructions on page two as fees have changed.
             The medical form on page three is required.
             The sponsor form on page four is not required.

                               The licensing procedure is quite simple:

For new riders
First you must have attended an approved roadracing school or have previously held a racing licenses with another organization.

Download the license application and the medical form from our forms page, fill it out and mail it in..

Mail to the Loudon Road Race Series • 7925 W. Riverbend Rd • Crystal River • FL • 34428.
Include a copy of either your school certificate or your racing license.

Allow four to six weeks to receive your license card. In the meantime you will be allowed to race at any CCS event in the country. Check the number assignment list above and if you are there you are good to go.

For returning riders.
You need not submit proof of previous experience. We're sure we have you in the system somewhere. If you have not raced in four years you will have to attend the Penguin school again as things have undoubtedly changed since you last raced.
